百靈DCS系列減量秤，又稱為失重秤，是一種間斷給料連續出料的稱重設備，由于失量控制是在料斗中進行，可達到較高的控制精度，全密封結構，無環境污染，故在粉料控制時與用螺旋秤來相比是一大提高。適用于水泥、石灰粉、煤粉等微細物料的控制配料。
根據稱重斗中物料重量的減少速率來控制出料螺旋機或給科機，以達到定量給料的目的，即減量秤，當稱重斗的物料達到稱重下限位置時，出料螺旋機則按照當時的轉速固定出料暈，同時控制料倉里的物料快速下到稱重斗內，當裝料到稱重上限時停止裝料，快速裝料可以縮短給料時間，提高稱重的準確度和控制精度。
